- All orders are shipped via UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. All orders ship fully insured and are signature required.  

- Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive your order within 4-8 weeks. If there is a production delay, we will notify you by e-mail. 

- If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

-If you purchased multiple items with different lead times, your order will ship on once all the pieces are ready to ship. If you prefer your order to ship partially as items become available, please e-mail us at hola@daniellasamper.com, and we will assist you with this. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply. 

- We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

- Daniella Samper is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

- 2nd Day - $75.00
- Overnight - $125.00
*2nd Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee same day shipping

RATE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO CANADA

- Ground - $65.00 

RATE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING INTERNATIONALLY

- Standard - $35.00-$58.00 

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-60% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Daniella Samper is not responsible for these charges.

Daniella Samper is not responsible for the refund of any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US. If a package is undeliverable, Daniella Samper is not responsible for the postage and duties incurred to send it back, this will be deducted from your refund. 

RETURNS 

All sales on daniellasamper.com are final. If you have any questions about a piece, please e-mail us at hola@daniellasamper.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you in your process. 

If you believe that you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at hola@daniellasamper.com. Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, detailed photos.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you purchased a Daniella Samper piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
